Guest Speaker Mitchell Markovitz shared his artwork and information about his South Shore Posters.  He also presented history and detailed his experiences with Griffith trains and our railroads.  

February 2007

Guest Speaker and Post Tribune columnist Jerry Davich shared his columns and information about his career in northwest Indiana publishing.

March 2007

Women will received demonstrations of hand massages and manicure tips from from Tranquil Beauty Salon followed by fellowship.

Women (and their spouses and significant others) attended a Gary Steelyard RailCats Game.

June, 2004            

Women received demonstrations on relaxation techniques and chair massages from students of Sawyer College.

Threw a baby shower for the Nazareth Home in East Chicago.

Donations exceeded $1600.00 in items and gift certificates.  

Sharing in good fun, good fellowship and a great program.

April, 2004            

Guest Speaker Michael Essany shared his experiences and insights as he continues his television talk show career.

Exciting to rub shoulders with a TV celebrity and rising star.

Presentation by Lake County Master Gardeners on

Container Planting.  Very informative and enjoyable.

Guest Speaker Phil Potempa shared recipes and information about Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday.  He presented plans for his upcoming recipe book and his evenings at Barnes and Noble.
