Music Ministry at Griffith Lutheran Church:

NEW - CD Music Ministry! CDs of Sunday services are now available. If you would like a copy of a Sunday service, please fill out the envelope provided for ordering CDs, found in the Narthex.  The suggested donation is $3.00.  CDs are FREE to shut-ins and nursing homes.

Praise and Worship Team meets on Sunday mornings between services.  This group sings in the Praise and Worship services every third Sunday.

Adult Choir meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This group is the adult mixed choir and sings approximately 3 times a month at the early or late services.

Chime Choir meets on Tuesday nights from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the balcony. Members of this group are 5th grade and older. Chime Choir performs once a month and on special holidays. Knowing how to read music is not a requirement.

Worship Band meets on Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the balcony. This group is open to all instruments and all ages.  The only requirement is that you do need some musical reading skills. Worship Band performs once a month and on special holidays.

Wind Ensemble is open to adults who know how to read music. Practice times vary but you will be given plenty of notice.  This group usually practices on Tuesday nights after Worship Band, and performs once a month and on special holidays.

Youth Choirs There are three opportunities for our youth to be a part of our music ministry:
     Cherub Choir (K-2nd Grade) meets Sunday afternoons from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM
     Children’s Choir (Grades 3-8) meets Sunday afternoons from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM
     Youth Choir (High School) meets Sunday afternoons from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM
